I have a 7+ Months Term contract for Test Engineer with one of our direct client in Salem, OR. The client wants to have either Webcam or Inperson Interview only with the candidate. I will appreciate if you will help me by sending qualified resumes ASAP to: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Title*: Test Engineer *Duration:* 7+ Months *Location:* Salem, OR *Interview Type: *Either Webcam or Inperson Interview. *Job Overview:* The resources will supports the Testing Manager by participating in the execution of test scripts testing the functionality of various Oregon eCourt Program applications. These duties include: · Execute detailed test scripts; · Record and document results and compare to expected results; · Verify specific action or function of code descriptions; · Write detailed documentation for results of assigned tests; prepares test evaluation reports; · Identify and report potential errors, questionable functions, inconsistencies and defects; · Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected; · Execute test conditions against requirements; · Write clear documentation of errors, defects and inconsistencies; · Submit changes with clearly detailed written description in the appropriate issue logs as directed by the testing manager for resolution by vendor based on needed corrections/modifications to application functionality as a result of testing and analysis; · Continued follow-up with vendor on resolution of outstanding testing issues; · Retesting of fixes and/or modifications to application.
