*Job Title: Web UI Designer Location :* *Harrisburg, PA Duration: 6+months Mode of Interview: Telephonic and than In-person* Web Design and Development - min 3 years exp: -Proficient with HTML4, HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS, Flash -Proficient with Dreamweaver, Abobe Photoshop -SharePoint set up, Administration and/or Customization experience -Strong design sense and ability to translate design layouts and interface requirements into interactive, platform responsive web pages. -Proven strong user interface design and coding experience. -Ability to efficiently build out websites (Communities, Pages and Portlets) in an Oracle Web Center Environment based on gathered specs. -Ability to successfully work with program staff and graphic designers to layout, mock up samples for and implement designs for websites and newsletters, ensuring specs meet coding requirements. -Ability to determine appropriate technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations. -Drive and initiative to see high priority time sensitive special projects, as well as routine website builds through from initiation to completion. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Highly motivated candidate with ability to see projects through from inception to completion. -Some .NET knowledge is preferred but not required. *Skills-* HTML4 HTML5 JAVA SCRIPT jQUERY CSS FLASH ADOBE WEB PREMIUM CS5 Strong user interface design experience Resource must have solid communication skills. Sharepoint Administration .NET This position entails 75% building out websites in an Oracle Web Center Environment and coding the required html to standard and 25% special projects. Examples of special projects may include: •Creation and set up of a Windows hosted graphically driven marketing website •Creating email newsletter templates based on designs provided from our Graphics Department •Set up customization and administration of an internal SharePoint Environment This workload may shift as Executive staff requests additional special projects. Oracle Web Center is a technology that we will be phasing out so this is not a required skill set and the candidate can be brought up to speed working in this environment.
