Please find the job description mentioned below, feel free to call me or email me if you have any further questions. *Title: Oracle Software Engineer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ * *Duration: 6+ month contract, extension most likely, open-ended contract* *Required local to Arizona to attend in person Interview followed by Telephonic Round* *Note:* Candidate will need to be able to live and be onsite in Phoenix for the duration of the contract *JOB DESCRIPTION:* · Maintain existing Oracle Forms and Reports applications · Work on production support and trouble shoot production issues. · Develop SQL, PL/SQL scripts for data analysis and data cleanup as needed. · Work with other Software Engineers in identifying and resolving application issues. · Work with Project Managers to provide estimate of effort for work and progress of worker · Work with Business Analysts and business users to understand problems, enhancements and data changes requested. · Work with Quality Assurance and Release Coordinator to transition changes made from development to system test and to production. · Use incident tracking system JIRA to document changes made and progress · Use software version control SVN to track code changes. · Attend status meetings as required *KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS: * *Required skills: * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology) · Minimum 3 years’ experience in Web deployed Oracle Forms and Reports development · Minimum 3 years’ experience using Oracle databases · Minimum 3 years’ experience in writing PL/SQL · Minimum 3 years’ experience using software development methodologies to perform analysis, design, construction and implementation of custom software *Preferred skills: * · Experience using Agile methodology is a plus · Experience designing systems around the use of automated workflow, document imaging, and custom business applications is a plus · Experience in the Financial/Retirement sector, including administration of retirement systems and/or health insurance is a plus · Proven ability to multi-task on concurrent projects · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Participation in continued education will be considered a plus Regards, -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP XApps Training/Jobs in Chennai/Bangalore -(0)9444359629" group.
