Please find the below requirement and let me know if you have any suitable resources.. *Role:Program Mananger* *Location: Richfield, MN* *Duration: 6-12+ months *likely to extend** *Rate:78$/hr on C2C* *Basic Qualifications * 10+ years of experience managing projects with in the BI space to include enterprise program management *Experience working in waterfall/iterative SDLC model *Experience leading large programs. *Experience working with onshore and offshore teams *Ability to manage multiple parallel project teams *Depth in change management as a project manager *Preferred Qualifications* *Experience in a retail environment highly preferred *PMP Certification *Microsoft BI and Hadoop experience Responsibilities: *Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:* Develops enterprise strategy for projects in the BI space Working with business to continually prioritize work queue (backlog) and align work appropriately Reviews/approves program plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule. Define project team roles and responsibilities Remove roadblocks and issues as they arise Executive stakeholder management Communication planning and management Escalates decisions to team and sponsors as necessary.
