*Title: Senior OPA Developer Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (75% travel)Duration: 6 months, right to hire(we can use H1’s if they have lived in US for 7 years and have a degree from the US)Interview time: Same day phone interview! Start Date: next week!* *Must Have:*-5-10 years total Development experience • Hands-on experience with Oracle, OPA development (working with up to 1700 OPA business rules) -Development experience including using - Java, Oracle software stack, PLSQL • Excellent understanding of OOAD principles, and SOA Principles • Prior experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting of Java applications; working with complex systems -good communication -must be comfortable with up to 75% travel *Pluses:* -HIX or State Exchange Experience, healthcare experience is highly desired -any type of team lead experience, with developers reporting in • Healthcare domain expertise is highly desirable but not required - client facing experience -(BPM or ADF Exp) *Role:* In this role, our client is looking for a Senior OPA Developer, who will be working within our clients Healthcare systems for the enhancements, revisions and configuration on HIX projects. This Person will be working out of the New Jersey Delivery Center, with 100+ resources based in Basking Ridge NJ. The Position requires travel to client locations such as MA and VT as needed. As a senior level Developer, this person will have responsibilities across designing, developing and testing commercial healthcare software applications using OPA.
