Please find the below job requirement.* *Database Programmer Analyst* *6 months plus* *Boston, MA* *Mode of interview: Phone screen & F2F (Need Local resources)* The Database Programmer analyzes and implements enhancements and reports, supports applications and interfaces, and sustains services for university needs - academic, administrative and ancillary - with specific focus on Office of Development and Alumni Relations business areas. Specific development in T-SQL for SQL Server 2008 R2 is required, with VB .NET skills desired. The Programmer Analyst works constructively as part of a team which provides efficient service management processes including service request fulfillment, incident response, problem management, and business cycle sustainment and continuity. He/she delivers analytic reports, programs and services that meet requirements in a timely manner and provides regular reporting of hours, issues and risks to functional and project management. The Programmer Analyst participates in quality assurance testing and maintains documentation. *Other Requirements: * - Ability to understand business requests and translate into IT service delivery. - Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organizational skills. - Skills in SQL and XML design required. Experience working with VB.NET within Visual Studio desirable. Familiarity with common web tools. *Additional Information: * - Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with team members and clients - Ability to work with diverse teams in a matrixed environment - Knowledge of or experience in the System Development Life Cycle - Experience in Service Delivery and Improvement - Knowledge of ITIL and/or certification - a plus - Prior higher-education experience – a plus - Specific experience developing within Blackbaud Infinity SDK platform advantageous.
