Team activities tracking and Customer Issue resolution. - Monitoring and analysis of error messages using Runtime workbench and XI monitoring tools for Integration, Adapter and Business process engines. - Bug fixing and error resolution. - Message, Idoc & BPE monitoring in Integration Server and Runtime Workbench. - Implemented Alert configuration to ensure the error-free operation of SAP XI. - Developed technical test cases to test the interfaces (both unit and integration tests) using Mercury Test Director.
