Mentor and guide lower-level HCM resources. Interaction: The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in the English language. This position requires the ability to develop successful business and customer relationships, understand customer business processes, and provide solutions to business requirements. Complexity/Problem Solving: The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires candidate to develop SAP HCM/Payroll solutions for moderate to complex business requirements.
