We would use this for customer complaint processing. 2. We are running SAP CRM2007 and ECC 5.0. 3. The project in progress is a migration from Lotus Notes focusing on contact management, leads, opportunities, workflow and campaign management. We have additional projects shaping up to include these plus complaint processing (service management). 4. The team is comprised of a half-time project manager, functional lead and configurator and another half-time functional person. We have in-house ABAP skills but not with much direct CRM background.
