*Contract: 8+ months* *Chicago, IL* *Rate: $45/hr C2C (Max) * * * *Position Description:* *This position is responsible for leading the support of the design, implementation, and maintenance of informatic solutions; supporting end-to-end report development, management, and delivery of informatic solutions; interfacing between various business and technical teams to compile requirements and design solutions; work closely with customers to build relationships; and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of data contained in the repositories and use of the data in order to build informatic solutions to meet business needs.* * * *Skills Required:* · *Bachelor Degree and 3 years experience with data analysis and manipulation OR 5 years experience with data analysis and manipulation. *** · *3 years experience in SQL programming. *** · *4 years of data analysis and information reporting experience, including 2 years obtaining an understanding of information repository issues and concepts. *** · *Knowledge of relational database concepts, and the creation of queries and reports using SQL or reporting tools (i.e., Crystal Reports). ** * · *Understanding of data elements as they relate to data quality requirements. *** · *Strong analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills. *** · *Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills. *** · *Understanding of statistical concepts with an ability to apply to informatic reporting. *** * * *Preferred Skills:* · *Bachelor Degree *** · *Experience with Teradata. *** · *Experience with Crystal Report Developer and Crystal Report Server *** · *Understanding of dimensional models. *** · *Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. *** · *Experience using SAS, SPSS or similar statistical tool *** * * *Additional Responsibility:* · *Maintain knowledge of the company’s repositories and data available in order to create appropriate informatic solutions. *** · *Responsible for analyzing data from multiple source systems for transition, acquisition, and integration into information repositories. *** · *Maintain knowledge of the company’s automated systems, satellite systems, data relationships, and system interfaces. *** · *Provide insight about the data in the repositories to business and technical users to support informatic solutions. *** · *Participate in the integration of external data into repositories, reporting systems and informatic solutions. *** · *Provide complex ad hoc reports using data from available repositories. *** · *Support the use of mechanisms to ensure information solutions balance to data repositories and source systems. *** · *Review and understand the implications of requirements. *** · *Participate in source data definition and metadata discovery * Thanks & Regards, Gopal IT logix [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP_BASIS" group.
