Urgent Requirement
This position is part of Mainframe Skill Enablement Program for a period of 9 months in Bangalore, India. Main objective is to develop Advanced Mainframe Storage Skills for a group of 15-20 people. * * *Consultant needs to go from US to India* * * 1. Provide On-The Job Training to the people enrolled in this program.( there will be around 15-20 people). 2. Provide individual mentoring 3. Do periodic assessment of the Trainees 4. Provide Technical Leadership in major accounts handled by the people in this program 5. Fill in the gaps where a formal class-room session cannot be arranged for a topic in the program. *SKILL REQUIREMENTS* Should have extensive knowledge in one or more of the following topics (A / B / C ) ( Level 5 skills). Expertise in IBM HW / SW environment is Mandatory. *A.
