*Description:* The candidate must be strong and be able to articulate his work experience with a measure of detail ( not excruciating detail). The ability to create automation cases, and not just execute what someone else has created. Functional test automation versus performance testing, both their resume and communication skills must indicate that. Candidate will be responsible for implementing the automation strategy which includes refining, documenting and developing automated test cases.
