This includes developing interfaces between WebSphere Portal and Domino, security, performance and caching, scalability, error handling, configuration etc. - Implement scalable solutions to meet the service levels associated with large volumes of users or records to be processed. - Leverage J2EE frameworks to meet business-defined processes. - Understand and implement interoperability approaches between WebSphere & Domino to provide business users with the best functionality - Unit test modules, integration testing with other modules to deliver quality code. - Determine technical feasibility of approaches with Proof of Concepts to mitigate project risks. - Perform peer code reviews. - Analyze existing code and remediate performance issues within existing applications. - Analysis of existing business functions and new client requirements. ** - Provide high level estimates to assist project managers in building Work Packages and Work Breakdown Structures *General Requirements:* - Minimum 6 years of software development experience on J2EE platforms with 5 years experience building web based applications. - Minimum 6 years experience in the analysis, design, and development of business applications. - Minimum 5 coding years experience with Java, J2EE, Javascript, WebSphere Portal and WSAD, RAD on Windows/IIS, XML, Web Services and Web Sphere Administration - Knowledge of application development with Domino highly preferred. - Strong working knowledge of DHTML, AJAX and Web 2.0 technologies. *Required* *Technical Skills:* - Experience with IBM Rational Application Developer and Eclipse Framework, Rational ClearCase essential. - Development experience with WebSphere Portlet Factory and/or Lotus Component Designer strongly preferred. - Application development experience with Domino is a big plus. - Experience with SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services including knowledge of Stored Procedures, Database design, normalization, and optimization is a plus. - Minimum 2 years experience using OOAD, Design patterns, RUP or Agile methodology - Knowledge of networking technologies (Firewall, Proxies, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, Cisco devices) are a plus - Knowledge of single sign-on solutions such as Netegrity SiteMinder is a plus - BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience. - IBM or SUN certifications are a definite plus. *Required* *Soft Skills:* - Analysis of new and existing business processes and requirements - Provide high level estimates to assist project managers in building Work Packages and Work Breakdown Structures - Time and effort estimation - Design and document solutions - Ensure knowledge sharing among team members. - Ensure QA processes, procedures and documentation are completed on time. - Experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements, solve problems, or design solutions. - Ability to translate complex technical designs into language that will be understood by the client. - Ability to identify project risks and mitigation strategies. - Be able to balance multiple priorities and alert clients & team to project scope changes. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Issue and Risk management and mitigation - Results driven - Flexible Thanks & Best regards, *Sundeep.Mekala* *Global Nest* *281 State Route** 79, Suite 208 Morganville, NJ 07751 Phone # (732) 333-5967 [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.globalnest.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP_LAB" group.
