Position : Database Administrator II Location: Herndon, VA Duration: 6 Months Skills: · Minimum of 4-7 years combined experience in database administration. · Experience in software development lifecycle including design, development implementation, operations, and maintenance. · Demonstrated skill in developing complex, scalable large business applications using Sybase technologies. · Experience with relational and dimensional modeling techniques. · Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analyses and ability to resolve problems. · Good documentation, presentation, oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity effectively required. · Experience with Sybase replication server. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
