Description
The Integration Architect designs solutions which enable existing and new
applications, application components, packaged software and systems to work
together within or among enterprises. These solutions may use different
technologies, vendors, platforms and styles of computing. The primary focus is
to develop solutions that fully integrate and collaborate with existing IT
systems, via service oriented frameworks, in order to perform automated
business functions. Additional experience with SOA (Service Oriented
Architecture) design / implementation, WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere
Integration Developer, Business Rules Engines, general Business Process
Management and air cargo industry knowledge will be considered a plus.
Required Experience
. 7+ years technical expertise in designing and implementing enterprise
integration solutions
. Hands-on experience as an SOA Architect or similar position
. Expert in SOA based technologies provided by vendors such as IBM, BEA,
Microsoft, SUN
. Strong Architecture skills with an understanding and/or development
experience in XML, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, .Net, WS-Security, ITIL processes, SOA
Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object Oriented Programming
. Hands-on experience with Websphere Integration Developer (WID)
. Strong business process and requirements analysis skills
. Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Integration
technologies including MQSI, Message Broker v5/v6 or WebSphere Process
Server
. Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion under tight
deadlines
. Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation
skills
