1. The PL/SQL Programmer contractor will investigate and research the existing 
code handling the loan account queuing process used by Collections and Default 
management. The developer will participate in design reviews and provide input 
to the design recommendations, adhere to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all 
planning steps. In addition the programmer will: 1) Quickly become familiar 
with the Bank's systems data warehouse. 2) Quickly become familiar with and 
understand the existing PL/SQL code handling the queuing process 3) Support 
existing PL/SQL Packages. 4) Make improvements to the existing process to allow 
for quicker turn-around on business requested changes. 5) Build or modify 
PL/SQL structures to handle new business required changes. 6) Have data staged 
and available so various business applications (both web and client side) can 
quickly access account queuing result data. 7) Other responsibilities to 
support the project data needs as assigned by department or project management.

2. We are currently searching for a Business Analyst in Phoenix, AZ

 

This Business Analyst position will investigate and research the current loan 
account queuing process used by Collections and Default management. The BA will 
need to achieve maximum understanding of the existing process in a tight 
timeframe to achieve the following: the enhancements to it's current state, 
documentation of it's current state, development of a managed monthly change 
control process, future development efforts, and to also speed up the 
resolution of break/fix issues. The BA will obtain clear definitions of the 
line of business' requirements, identify and analyze the potential risks and 
impacts of technology solutions to the current queuing process. This position 
will monitor development projects, evaluating progress and quality, and manage 
issue resolution - taking corrective action as necessary.
