This is a hands-on technical position. *Complete Description:* This position is responsible for the proper technical execution of tasks and operations of client with specific focus on Server Administration. - Responsibilities will include technical support of the departments Data Center. - Must be proficient and experienced with third party vendors and assist in the coordination of preventative maintenance, disaster recovery exercises, on-call, and vacation scheduling. - Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Server configuration and administration and router and switch configuration, troubleshooting, moves/adds/changes, technical direction and capacity planning. - Highly proficient in understanding server administration in an Active Directory and Microsoft Server 2003 Environment. - Highly proficient in understanding routing concepts. - Identify and track issues, risks, and action items. - Resolve and/or assist in resolving issues. - Review, prioritize, and research service requests. - Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner.
