Job Description:
We have an outstanding opportunity available an IVR Developer with
Intervoice experience. Use your expertise to assist one of our most dynamic
Fortune 100 Clients. You will perform as a member of an IVR development team.
Will work on the development of voice applications on an Intervoice Invision
platform. Will assist with the conversion of voice applications from the
Intervoice platform to VoiceXML/Genesys. Will develop software solutions, test,
and implement on time, within budget. Will synchronize with other technical
teams to develop appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency
through capacity planning, integration and regression testing.
2-3 Years of Intervoice Invision application development required along
with Java development using the Rational Software Development Platform.
Experience with Voice XML/Genesis also strongly preferred. Solid programming
experience is needed (full SDLC) with a strong preference for a background with
C/C++ or Java. Web Services experience and a background using Version Control
Tool (MKS/CVS) also needed. The ability to communicate effectively with all
levels of customers, peers, and supervisors is essential. Strong problem
solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems as they occur
are a must.
