This person will lead the effort to develop and document a system stress testing plan. The system at hand will be a J2EE system using ESRI's ArcGIS server. The candidate needs to have experience in this area – ideally with Mercury LoadRunner, but another tool might suffice. Person should be independent and able to conform to aggressive schedules.
