MFC, WTL. People who have been working with large enterprise-grade C++ code bases. They need to have been working with C++ daily within the last 2 years and probably 4-5 years experience minimum. They need to be architect level or real close to it. The work is re-engineering and refactoring a large C++ application. They need to be ready to travel wherever we need them to.
