Job Title: Project Manager Position Type: Contract - Corp-to-Corp / Contract - Independent / Contract - W2 Work Authorization: US Citizen / Green Card / EAD / TN / H1B Location: Miami FL Duration: 3+ Months Pay Rate / Rate Cap: Market Start Date: ASAP Project & Requirement Description: . Project Manager with excellent organizational skills capable of requirements gathering, translation of requirements into technical specifications, project planning, documenting and working well with technical staff, developers and end-users. . Experience in data warehouse, system development, database management and systems architecture/interoperability is also required. . Project will be Food and Nutrition related in a K-12 environment. Responsibilities: . Work with user community, Executive Director, Project Manager, analysts and developers in gathering and documenting requirements from end-users. . Manage development staff and/or deliverables . Translate requirements into technical specifications related to data models and process workflow. . Develop necessary documentation such as scope documents, requirement documents, project plans and technical architecture. . Provide oversight and milestone reporting on projects and ensure timelines are met. . Provide recommendations on problem resolution . Ensure design to build meets user requirements . Develop quality control and test plan scenarios Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology . Training and/or certification in Project Management . A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience managing major IT projects . Minimum 4 years experience in a Windows server environment with SQL Server databases . IT development experience in a K-12 environment is a plus . SharePoint experience a plus . Food Service industry experience is a plus . K-12 federal required accounting/reporting experience is a plus . Inventory Management experience is a plus .
