This applicant will be able to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week. This
applicant will be responsible for reviewing the existing FMIS programs and
documentation and developing a comprehensive work plan, resource
requirements, project scope. Complete Description:
FMIS is the Financial Management Information System used by the Department
of Transporation. The Documentation requirements are based on the existing
batch processes. These processes written in COBOL and NATURAL are not fully
documented. The applicant must be able to first quantify the effort involved
in this documentation effort. Then deliver a scope of work, work plan, and
resource requirment for doing the actual documentation. The ability to be
able to read and interpret in english the batch processes is a requirement
of the applicant.
