assignment)

Job duties and requirements to be included but not limited to:
.
. Generate web-based screen layouts using HTML and JavaScript.
. Code and test CICS interface (Webaware) using COBOL
. Code and test database interaction using COBOL and DB2
. For Eligibility system, code extracts from IDMS database using CULPRIT
. Code Load programs for Eligibility using DB2 and COBOL
. Act as lead Analyst for all facets of Eligibility rewrite from IDMS to
DB2.
. Integrate both Legacy and New Eligibility with Case Management database.
. Expertise in the design, code, test and implementation
. Expertise in HTML, Java Script, COBOL, DB2, CICS, TSO, and JCL
. Expertise in executing those tasks necessary to provide production
system support for the current FACES including ongoing project implementations
. Expertise in the design, code, test and implementation of problems,
change requests and enhancements
. Expertise in system development
. Current knowledge of State Agency business practices, policies and
procedures
. Current business and technical experience on large Human Services case
management systems
. Current working knowledge of the Federal guidance on Statewide
Automated Child Welfare Information System, (SACWIS) -Statutes, regulations,
and other SACWIS-related policy guidance as required by the Federal Health and
Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF)
. Demonstrated technical experience State Information Technology Services
Division programming standards
. Demonstrated technical experience in the implementation of CICS
Webaware methodology combining the following technologies: COBOL, DB2, SQL,
HTML, JavaScript, JCL and TSO/ISPF
Rate: $45/hr, Job Type: Contract, Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 6,
Number Of Openings: 1, Location: Jefferson City, MO
