Description: The City of San Antonio's (COSA) Information Technology
Services Department will be deploying several electronic forms applications. In
2007 the City of San Antonio deployed Adobe LiveCycle to provide electronic
forms verse paper forms to foster a green environment for the city. The Adobe
LiveCycle product also provides the City of San Antonio automated workflow to
enable the automation of most business processes.
We are looking for a developer analyst to assist with the integration of
existing applications with the Adobe LiveCycle product. The VB.Net web services
will be used for pre-filling the electronic forms and the saving of data
through data connections. The selected person will be responsible for
designing, coding and testing these web services using VB.Net and providing
knowledge transfer of these skills to COSA IT staff. Other skills of designing
and coding electronic forms, workflow and Flex applications will be utilized if
possible. The position will report to the City of San Antonio's Information
Services Manager.
II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8+ VB.Net version 2003 or above experience
8+ Experience developing Web Services using VB.Net
8+ MS SQL version 2000 and/or 2005 experience
8+ Database design
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience integrating Web Services with Adobe forms
3 Experience with Java/Java Scripting
3 Experience with Microsoft SharePoint version 2003 or above
2 Experience with Adobe LiveCycle WorkFlow version. 8.0
2 Experience with Adobe Designer version 8.0 or above
2 Experience with Adobe Flex Builder Pro version 3.0
2 Experience with creation of electronic forms and automated workflow
