Participate in the 24x7 rotating 'on-call' production support responsibility 2. Conduct root cause analysis on documented system problems 3. Formulate, design, and sometimes develop solutions to document system problems 4. Some low to medium level enhancement work 5. Some travel to Chicago for training purposes, but not frequent 6. Communicate directly with QTG business partners on behalf of PBSG (requires solid communication skills, and ability to explain complex issues to a variety of audiences). Following is a list of 'primary' skills, followed by 'secondary' skills. PRIMARY SKILLS (SAP SCM environment) Hands-on experience with CIF Hands-on experience with SNP config and master data Hands-on experience with SNP Optimizer Hands-on experience with SNP Heuristics SECONDARY SKILLS Worked in a production support role Supported batch processes during off-hours Deep knowledge in over-all Integrated Supply Chain Planning Systems (ISCP) Deep knowledge in over-all ISCP Qualifying Questions 1. Describe your prior work experience in the ISCP arena; what were your accountabilities, at which companies, and for how long? 2. Describe your level of experience in working directly with non-technical customers (ie. the business). 3. What is your desired professional career path going forward (keep this very brief)?
