The EHR acquisition includes the design, development and implementation of an electronic health records system while the IV&V services acquisition provides for the monitoring, for quality assurance, of all services and deliverables provided by the EHR. The IV&V services also include the creation of a test plan and the facilitation of testing of the EHR for acceptance. * All candidates must have extensive verifiable experience in the planning, budgeting, and management of large application development / implementation projects; review of deliverables from projects of similar size and scope; and public sector procurement, including preparation and/or evaluation of vendor proposals.
