Job Title: IT Performance and Capacity Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 5+ months CTH ( or) 720 work hrs before hire. Rate : $50/hr Max Description: The Performance Engineer will be responsible for the advanced performance evaluation, testing and monitoring of products and services at Mitchell. The Performance Engineer will participate in the following phases of the solution: Test Definition, Test Execution, Test Analysis, Solution Performance Monitoring, Performance Analysis and feedback to Product Management and the technical implementation teams. The Performance Engineering Manager must be able to analyze the performance / load test stress test characteristic of the solution under test and provide results to the Development and IS/IT technical architecture teams. Essential Responsibilities: >Participate in requirements analysis and reviews and work with product management to ensure inclusion of non-functional requirements to ensure performance. Participate in Functional Specification analysis and reviews. >Load test execution and work with Product Management and Development determining the number of virtual users to be used during the performance test.
