Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement, rollout and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint site
collections
and team sites
o Demonstrated experience in using Share Point’s work flow
capabilities
o Use of Search
o Multiple documents stored and storage techniques
o Metadata optimization
o Maintaining sites in multiple locations
* Evaluate, recommend, document and establish standards around use
of
the product and governance
* Create and maintain new locations and track utilization and non
standard changes
* Configure and maintain Web application level permissions
* Mentor and support the portal users, including providing
informal
training sessions
* Maintain content on site collections and team sites
* Collaborate with BCBSM SharePoint technical team to develop
custom
solutions
* Facilitate sessions to obtain and document current and future
state
requirements
* Support third-party SharePoint productivity tools including
CorasWorks, Dundas and Nintex
Mandatory Qualifications
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
* 3 Years in the Administration, Configuration and Customization
of
SharePoint Portal Server 2007
* 3 Years in the Implementation and Administration of solutions
in
Windows SharePoint Services 2007
* Bachelors Degree in IT
* Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
* Microsoft SQL Server
* .NET Framework
