All Women Employed staff members participate in organizational development, planning, marketing, and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelors degree with one year of work experience preferred; facility with Microsoft products (Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Access a plus); motivation to learn; self-directed initiative and resourcefulness; attention to detail and accuracy; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; superior organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; an interest in Women Employeds issues; and flexibility and a sense of humor.
