ASAP Please do let me know ASAP Position: Business Process Location: AZ Duration :6 Months *Needed Local to AZ* Complete Description: Business process mapping and improvement from conceptualization through implementation including problem definition, process mapping, data analysis, process analysis, recommendations, implementation, and establishment of performance tracking. Candidates will be responsible for working with Procedure Replacement Project to identify integrated process flow and map processes in support of procedure development. The role will perform process flow mapping, modeling, identify issues and opportunities, form hypotheses, collect and analyze data, analyze processes, synthesize conclusions, make recommendations, and help implement change. This individual will collaborate and communicate cross-functionally and is expected to interact effectively with colleagues. Qualified candidate must have 5+ years of experience in developing functional process maps. By using existing documentation and performing end user interviews, candidate will develop *As-Is* business models which accurately reflect current in house processes. Candidate will assist in analyzing *As-Is* models, help identify process break downs, make recommendations, and design *To-Be* process models which showcase automated solutions to optimize future business processes. Engagement will support 4-10 hour day work schedule, Tuesday - Friday, with occasional overtime support as required.
