*Senior BizTalk Developers/Architect: (Rate: $60/hr AI)*
• Experience working for a government agency is preferred
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in
writing) with technical and user staff.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring/coaching other developers with Microsoft
technologies.
• Strong collaborative skills
• 8 + years - Demonstrated experience with developing BizTalk applications.
• 2+ years - Demonstrated experience with developing database driven
applications in a Microsoft C# .NET environment.
• 2+ years - Demonstrated experience with SQL Server.
• 3+ years - Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development
techniques.
• 1+ year (preferred) - Demonstrated experience with Oracle.
• 1+ year (preferred) - Demonstrated experience working with users to gather
and document business requirements.
• 1+ years (preferred) - Demonstrated experience with Team Foundation
Server.
*BizTalk/SQLServer Administrator(Rate: $0/hr AI)*
• Experience working for a government agency is preferred
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in
writing) with technical and user staff.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring/coaching other developers with Microsoft
technologies.
• Proven ability to work with developers to establish best practices for the
deployment of BizTalk applications.
• Strong collaborative skills
• 5+ years - Demonstrated experience installing, configuring and maintaining
a BizTalk 2006 and/or 2009 environment.
• 2+ years - Demonstrated experience installing, configuring and maintaining
a SQL Server 2005/2008 environment.
• 1+ year - Demonstrated experience performance tuning a BizTalk 2006/2009
environment.
