Needs to have mentoring experience with junior .net employees PREFERENCE given to those who also have working Biztalk experience *Job Requirements* · Full lifecycle experience designing large scale, scalable software applications · 8+ Years of IT Experience with .Net Technologies · 5+ years Object Oriented Programming (OOP) software development experience in designing, building and deploying highly scalable web based enterprise applications · 3+ years Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies (example: ASP.NET 2.0/3.0, C#, XML, IIS, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, etc.) · Development experience in a MOSS 2007 environment including Themes and other standard web presentation technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) · SharePoint experience should include Web Parts development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on designing, coding, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations. · Design, develop and deliver applications on the Microsoft SharePoint platform to include: o Architecture design o Prototyping of concepts to proof of concept o Design and development of source code and test plans o Code and module design o Development and testing o Application debugging · Design and implementation of software patterns used in appropriate scenarios · Experience with loosely coupled architectures (feeds, syndication, messaging) or SOA · Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design / project. · Support the development of team members from a professional and technical level. · Effectively manage multiple priorities of a small team of software developers. · Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities of a team of developers to effectively meet the deliverables and schedule of a large, complex software development project. · Be able to clearly communicate complex technical designs and solutions in clear, concise and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel. · Perform additional job-related duties as requested. · Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services and Microsoft Surface is highly preferred, as is experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, Role-Based Templates, and the Community Kit for SharePoint). *Experience* · Must be involved in coding, code review in last project · Should have previous professional consulting experience · Should bring unique problem solving and analytical skills · Should be a Microsoft Certified Professional and show a desire to remain current with both industry and Microsoft technologies and standards.
