Requirements (Tech)
- Strong hands-on development experience working with Business
Object versions XI R2/R3 and above (critical). Proficient in analyzing data
and reporting requirements for the design of BO Universes and underlying
database structures.
- Excellent hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, SQL Server,
PL/SQL shell scripting is required
- Must have excellent business analysis skills, able to interact
with senior business staff to derive and interpret business needs.
- Must have strong communication skills and a proficiency for
detailed documentation.
- Should be able to work as Report Lead from onsite to channel out
requirements back to offshore team.
Other Skill Expectation
- Experience in Risk Management/ Basel II or Banking domain space
is highly desirable.
- Responsible for participating in the design, development,
testing, implementation and support of required reporting structures,
queries and reports to support needs
- Review technical code, test scenarios, test scripts and
proactively address any gaps and identify any potential pitfalls
- Strong understanding of the Data Warehousing Architecture is
expected, in order to troubleshoot and recommend appropriate design
improvements, should be capable of redesigning the business data structure
and relational models.
