Job Description:
This position is responsible for Adobe FLEX & JEE based Web Applications
Development for an ITIL Service Management solution. This includes working
with an application development team to design and implement solutions for
web applications and related processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-8
years overall Flex & J2EE web applications development experience including
in CMMI level 3+ organizations. Position level is dependent on candidate’s
level of experience.
Primary Experience:
5-8 years OOA/OOD, Adobe Flex, ActionScript, Flash and J2EE technologies
4-6 years overall experience in Flex Builder 2 or 3
2+ years of Blaze DS experience and Cairngorm & Prana based MVC frameworks
experience in the Adobe Flex environment
4-6 years J02EE technologies experience: JSP, JDBC, EJB, Spring, Hibernate,
JMS, XML & XSLT & Eclipse IDE
Section 508 software standards compliance & 508 related software development
– highly desirable
BEA Weblogic server experience – highly desirable
2+ years experience with SQL and stored procedures
Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation
Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology
or approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Secondary Experience:Web Services & ESB experience – highly desirable
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Job Description:
Should have 7 or more years of IT experience preferably as a consultant.
Should have at least 2 or 3 engagements playing an architect role. Should
have at least 3 years of SAP BPC experience WITH THE SAP BW / NETWEAVER
VERSION OF BPC. Needs excellent communications skills. Hyperion experience
is a plus. Should either be located in the Chicago area or should be
willing to come and relocate to Chicago for the length of the project.
Traveling to Chicago on a weekly basis will probably add too much cost to
the project UNLESS THEY HAVE INCREDIBLE CREDENTIALS.
