1) They need someone who is strong in oracle pl/sql for back-end
2) Exp in integration using XML (most of the candidates will do it in JDBC,
we dont want them)
3) Should be very strong in stored procedures.
4) They had rejected candidates coz most of them had done integration with
JDBC & not with XML
