1. Business Analyst 3-4yrs requirements/analysis experience;
2. Knowledge of SQL, SAS and oracle for querying databases;
3. 5+ Years of using SAS to create reports and summary tabulations.
Candidates that have a mortgage / finance background are preferred.
4. Experience with SAS is a must, 5+ years ideal.
5. Experience with a reporting tool is also needed.
6. This position has been qualified with the manager and is expected to
move quickly through the contractor identification process.
7. MS Access and Business Objects are a huge pluses.
*Job Description:* Essentially, these contractors will be working with
managers to obtain and process reporting requirements and to handle ad hoc
reporting requests. Typical requests will involve running summary reports
concentrating on quality control information. These reports will be
typically based on appraisal reviews, underwriting reviews and repurchasing
requests. Please note that these contractors will not be reporting on the
documents directly. Rather, they will be reporting on summary information
involving groups of these documents (i.e. total documents over a period of
time, number of documents processed with a certain distinction, etc.)*

with Oracle database and/or other transaction and reporting database.
This contractors will be working with MIS and Technology team to develop,
enhance and maintain *Tableau* Reports for a new system being built to
support the business.
Typical requests will involve building summary level reports that will be
updated in near real-time from an Oracle database.
Two (2) Years experience with *Tableau* is a must. Candidates that have a
mortgage / finance background are a plus.
