*Description : *
- Successful candidate will be Team Player possessing strong analytical,
troubleshooting and problem solving skills; Communicates and cooperates well
with other disciplines both inside and outside the Corporate Systems
organizations;
- 8 to 10 years of IT experience with broad experience supporting middleware
technologies such as Oracle/Bea WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middle Ware
- Proven ability to automate Pre-Production installations, deployments,
upgrades, configurations, and other repeatable processes.
- Experience integrating Middleware solutions with enterprise monitoring and
management capabilities (Oracle Enterprise Manager preferred)
- Experience supporting Fusion Middle ware (BPEL/SOA/BAM)
- Experience planning and coordinating database changes, installation of
upgrades, patches and new versions, interacting with Design and other
infrastructure teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Solaris and Linux
- Strong Perl and shell scripting experience.
- Systems integration experience in large complex organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of software design and implementation.
- Willing to support 24/7 production systems with willingness to take
on-call support role; willingness to work weekends and afterhours.
- Adheres to/helps develop departmental and company application development
standards/guidelines.
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation
and organization skills.
- Functions well under tight schedules, responds calmly and productively to
high pressure situations, able to communicate effectively with management.
