5+ years experience in SAP BW and BO implementation
2+ years experience in designing BI solutions for service operations in
manufacturing domain (E.g. CTI/IVR Contact Center, CRM Contact Center, CRM
Service, Service Order Fulfillment, and Financial/Controlling for Call
Center)
PC manufacturing experience is desired
Good experience in requirements collection, rationalization and generate
solid functional specification for development team
*Skill In:*
Strong interpersonal skills are required
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven track record as functional lead on BI implementation projects
*Ability To: *
Ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and other IT areas
