Must have recent Experience with JPA (Java Persistence Layer)

Must be able to lead the future direction of the web application so that it
can scale

Experience with 3rd Party Integration through APIs

Must be able to provide thought leadership on scalability, security and
redundancy

Must also be able to help improve the maturity of the Java development
environment
