Mandatory Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years cumulative experience in the capacity of a Staff
and/or Senior SAS Programmer.
Experience with data warehouse modeling, SQL Server, and SAS ETL tool.
Must have strong working knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC
(i.e., requirements, design, build, test, etc.).
Desirable Qualifications
SAS Certified Programmer
Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
Business analysis skills
Previous experience with State of California government organizations is
highly desired.
