Analyze Load/Performance/capacity needs from user requirements
Identify Existing Performance Bottlenecks
Identify Required Performance Engineering Tools
Determine Performance Environment Requirements
Publish Pertinent Performance Metrics
Working Knowledge of CaWily
Working Knowledge with JMON
Working Knowledge of RMF & SMF Reports
Be able to collect and analyze JAVA Core Heap Dump and GC Heap Dump
Calibrate Capacity\Predictive Performance Model
Build Load and Performance Test Environment
Baseline Hardware Only - No Application Code
