Title: Project Manager Business Solutions

Role Summary/Purpose:
-Total ownership of IT related aspects of data conversions & Cutover
globally:.
-Own and drive improvements in tools/processes related to data
conversions, by liaising with the global design team.
-Develop standardized & reusable data-conversion processes to improve
efficiency and accuracy of data conversions.
-Lead the data-conversions through major releases (2-3 per year)
including multiple rounds of testing and go-live.
-Create and manage a single global data conversions project plan.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Total ownership of IT related aspects of data conversions & Cutover
globally:.
-Own and drive improvements in tools/processes related to data
conversions, by liaising with the Global design team.
-Develop standardized & reusable data-conversion processes to improve
efficiency and accuracy of data conversions.
-Lead the data-conversions through major releases (2-3 per year)
including multiple rounds of testing and go-live.- Create and manage a
single global data conversions project plan, liaising with the finance
and operations conversion counterparts across multiple regions around
the globe.-
-Lead and drive detailed cutover plan, ERP instance strategy, liaising
with the release manager, cutover leader Maintain current knowledge of
new system management practices and information technologies that are
applicable to business objectives and promote their use.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-At least 6-8 years of experience with current information technologies
and their implementation into the business function.
-At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in full life cycle Global
Oracle Financial ERP.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Matrix organization skills / ability to motivate multiple groups to
maintain collaboration.
-Ability to work under tight timeframe, managing several concurrent
initiatives
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, etc.
-Strong project management skills (multiple, simultaneous).
-Experience working with offshore development.
Job Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience - 7-15 yrs
