*Job Duties :* Lead and participates in the administration, analysis,
design, evaluation, programming, testing and support of complex information
systems with a focus on an Enterprise Search System.,Performs at the highest
technical\functional level in all phases of systems administration,
analysis, and development activities.,Desire to grow in Web application and
user interface development areas.,Conducts system\process design through
user interviews, researching techinical architecture and or user
requirements options, and producing design documents that support
user\technical design.,Works closely with functional users to enhance and
maintain programs based on business requirements and with other teams to
develop requirements. Specifications.,Plans, organizes and contrals work
efforts, provide imput to project standards, provides status of progress,
tasks completed and outstanding issues, and produces services\products of
the best quality in an efficient manner.,Creates appropriate documentation
in support of Medtronic requirements for validated systems.,Conducts code
reviews, prepares test plan and tests modules.
