*Requirements:*
- Must have experience leading teams in prior positions - experience

- Technical work experience in software development environment that
required advanced Java/J2EE programming
- Technologies: EJB 2.0/3.0, JSF, Weblogic, Websphere MQ or JMS,
WebServices
- Solid 2+ years with message based architecture (SOA, WebServices)
- Experience with use cases and UML
