I’m looking for a strong consultants for the below requirement; if you have any consultant available, send me updated word copy resume with contact details to *r...@epowerus.com.* ** *We have an urgent Infrastructure Business Analyst requirement with our Direct Client in.* *Title: **Infrastructure Business Analyst* *Location: Raymond, OH* *Duration: 1+year* * * Participate with the team and contractors supporting Enterprise solutions. * Effectively and efficiently develop, deploy, operate, and support the Enterprise solutions that support Global, Regional and site customers. * Work independently or participate with the team to assess tasks in support of Enterprise Monitoring engineering, development, and maintenance projects. * Report the status of assigned tasks to management and project teams on a regular basis. * Engineer, design and document Enterprise solutions for internal clients and generate any required work instruction & SLC documentation. * Adhere to clients Global Technology Services' (GTS) standards, ethics and practices. * Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for customer satisfaction, internal work efficiencies and cost reduction. Identify and recommend metrics to measure and report on improvements, while implementing them. * Primary activities of the Infrastructure Management Analyst include: * Support multiple Enterprise Monitoring toolsets and develop client facing solutions to ensure application availability and response time. * Use core EMS toolsets to develop solutions and/or the ability to be trained to do so. Ability to learn new toolsets and procedures. Function as part of a team, work well with clients, and deal with a fast paced environment. * Work closely with clients to define and deliver monitoring solutions on an on-going basis. Candidate should also possess basic network transport understanding, ability to integrate multiple problem data streams and determine root cause, and be able to troubleshoot problems in conjunction with various operations teams. * Maintain active and direct interaction with key stakeholders and regions. * Organize delivery of new deployments and both planned and unplanned maintenance efforts & maintain strict adherence to change control. * Participate on cross-functional teams comprised of Global representatives; participate in development, implementation, and management of Standard Operating Procedures and best practices. * Maintain working relationships with all platform vendors including improvement of ongoing technical support and architectural vision through regular meetings * Work with platform areas to gather knowledge of divisional portfolio and contribute to forecasts.
