*Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ*

*Responsibilities:*
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues which may include escalation
with vendors providing extended business support.
Collaborate with team leads, external vendor consultants.
Provide regular status reports and assist with Application Update Releases.
Utilize internal incident and problem management tools to manage
development.
Strong to Expert working ability with the *Oracle* Relational Database
Management System
Expertize in SQL, CODE, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripts
Experience in EIM including Data Mapping of Legacy Tables to Siebel Tables,
Data Cleansing, SQL Scripts, IFB scripts, Performance Tuning and EIM
execution
Experience in Siebel data model and relational database with Oracle DB ver
10g and above.
Participate in the development of EAI/*EIM* integrations
Solid experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis skills
PL/SQL and strong SQL skills
Working knowledge with the Microsoft Project software
Working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Significant working knowledge with all phases in the entire project
lifecycle
Excellent oral and written communication skills
