Minimum five (5) years hands on CRM programming experience, with most recent
experience being in CRM 7.0
Additional programming experience in the following areas: Finance (FI),
Controlling (CO), Logistics (LO), Materials Management (MM), Sales &
Distribution (SD), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital
Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Minimum two (2) years experience with management and application of OSS

Knowledge of ETL concepts, and advanced dataset tools
*Basic Requirements: *
Minimum of five (5+) years directly related and progressively responsible
experience designing, building, testing and deploying enterprise SAP
solutions;
Minimum of five (5) years of SAP application development (certification
preferred) with in-depth experience in ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, BAPI,
BADIs, RFC, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, BDC and ALV Programming.
Design, develop, and code difficult and complex programs for SAP modules
Develop test data and analyze problems in programs
Recognize the critical elements of application problems, develop and
evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and
in writing
Write clear, logical reports, and instructions
Write clear and logical program documentation
Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
Work effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, users,
project consultants and vendors
Meet established priorities and schedules
*Preferred Qualifications:

Possess a bachelors degree in engineering or business fieldBachelors degree
in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems is
preferred
SAP functional and configuration knowledge a plus.
Experience with SAP Workflow
Knowledge of SAP user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs.
Strong interface experience with IDOCs and RFCs.
Experience with SAP Background job process and event triggers.
Professional, high degree of diplomacy and business acumen
Ability in dealing with high visibility/high risk 'crisis' situations
Flexible, ability to adapt to a unique project structure within a
multi-brand, multi-channel operating environment
