5 years of software development experience – at least 2 years in a lead
role.
Skilled in developing dynamic web-based applications
Enthusiasm for problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to organize and set priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Disciplined and strong planning and organizational skills
Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts and terminology
Fast study and ability to quickly learn new technologies based on customer
needs
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Strong understanding PHP - MVC Framework (we use Code Igniter)
Scalability – Caching (Memcached/Membase)
Iterative Development – Agile
Front end development – Jquery, AJAX, Javascript, HTML/CSS*
