*Title:* SAP Basis CRM, NetWeaver and ECC background
*Location:* Frisco, TX
*Duration:* 6 Months
This position will be primarily responsible for handling SAP CRM 4.0 and SAP
ERP 6.0 EhP4 landscapes to support various applications. This requires
extensive hands on experience with Basis Administration of CRM 4.0, ERP 6.0
EhP4, IPC, TREX, XCM, and Vertex with proven experience and success with all
facets of SAP BASIS Administration running on single stack and dual stack.
Must be able to demonstrate system copy/refresh; Administration of
NetWeaver, J2EE, TREX, Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC);
knowledgeable on Wily tool suite.
*Primary Skills:*
· Must have *7+ years hands on experience with Basis Administration
of CRM 4.0, ERP 6.0 EhP4*, IPC, TREX, XCM, and Vertex with proven experience
and success with all facets of SAP BASIS Administration.
· Strong understanding of CRM Middleware
· *Strong experience in TREX, IPC, XCM, Vertex, etc.*
· Must have excellent communication skills, strong business
experience, and outstanding end-user interaction
· Must have experience with large scale projects and large-sized
heterogeneous environments.
· Must have hands on *experience and advanced knowledge of
installation, upgrade and support of CRM 4.0, IPC, TREX, XCM, Vertex and
latest NetWeaver products such as ERP 6.0 EhP4*, etc. This includes
translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a time-line
for the installation of hardware and software, and configuring the system.
· *Extensive ABAP, Java and Dual Stack system copy*.
· Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving
abilities on ABAP Stack, J2EE Stack and Dual Stack.
· Must be able to demonstrate performance tuning expertise to
support stress testing in a highly stressful environment.
· Must have experience in handling of multiple Application Servers
in a heterogeneous environments.
· Very strong technical skills in UNIX (AIX, HP-UX), Windows and
ORACLE Database.
· Expertise in handling application related issues at the OS level
in *UNIX (AIX, HP-UX) and Windows*.
· Provides technical and analytical guidance to department staff
members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the analysis and
solutions to problems.
*Secondary Skills:*
· Advanced level system architecture and landscape design expertise.
· Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support
personnel.
· Utilizing Change Management, Moving objects between environments
within SAP landscape.
· Must be willing to provide on-call support outside normal business
hours as needed.
· Experience supporting end-user community, working with vendors to
resolve HW and SW problems
· Experience supporting multiple hardware server platforms and
operating systems.
· Build Landscape and Network Diagrams in Microsoft Visio
· Prepare and update project tasks in Microsoft Project
· Prepare and present project details in Microsoft Power point and
posses advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to meet unique
presentation needs of various projects.
· UNIX scripting on need basis.
· Experience with one or more products such as *BI 7.0, NW
Enterprise Portal , SRM 4.0, PI 7.10, Solution Manager*
