2+ years of technical XAML Silverlight Designer experience****
Heavy UI Development****
2+ years of C# Development experience****
Expert knowledge of the Microsoft design and development platform,
especially Expression Blend, and XAML****
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Expression Blend features and components,
especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding, Templates, Styling,
as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications***

Proficient knowledge of popular graphic design and illustration applications
such as Microsoft Expression Design****
Should be able to mock data, bind the data, create prototypes and hand XAML
prototypes to the developer for further development.****
Proficient knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology,
including User Centered Design, Interaction Design and Visual Communication
Design****
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and C#****

*Other Skills:*
Must be a self-starter and be able to keep up with the pace producing
quality work on time within budget.****
Must be able to track and complete assigned work tasks with little

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)****
